Please carefully read the following terms before commissioning me! Should you have any questions, you are welcome to ask me to clarify my terms and discuss them further with you.
As of 03/02/2025, my price listing has changed significantly. In the interest of fairness, I offer reduced pricing for clients who may not be able to afford my commission rates due to systemic reasons (e.g. living in a country with weaker currency). Feel free to bring this up if you think this applies to you before commissioning me.

Reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason if payment has not been sent yet.
Reserve the right to increase commission price if it becomes more complex than initial expectations.
May use your commissioned items in my public portfolio or self-promo material.
Have a commitment to make all of my FARM MAP / FARM CAVE mods publicly available for download. Therefore, FARM MAP / FARM CAVE commissions will always be made public after a negotiable time period, up to a maximum of 14 days after the commission's completion.
Will modify the above map types (gameplay features, tilesheets, etc.) before release, up to a certain limit, by your request.

May upload media (screenshots, edits, etc.) of your commissioned mods to your personal social media accounts.
May not upload media of FARM MAPS to Nexus Mods IF the released version is noticeably different from the commissioned item after editing before release, nor state that it is a commission on Nexus.
May make edits to components of your commissioned mod (content files, patch maps, etc.) for your personal use.
May not make profits from ALL commissioned mods (reselling, redistributing, etc.) unless discussed with me first.
May not upload commissioned FARM MAPS / FARM CAVES on Nexus Mods nor receive Donation Points (DP) from them.

References are greatly appreciated. Please send me layout plans, stock photos, floor plans, sketches - anything to help me understand your request and vision clearer and smoothen the creation process.
Your commissions will take 7 days - 1 month depending on factors such as commission type, queue, complexity, etc.
I will notify you when I have started work on your commission. I will also notify you ASAP if anything that may hinder progress or delivery time happen.
During the creation process, I will contact you for reviews in order to ensure everything is according to your request.
In these reviews, I will send you drafts/mockups, including screenshots from Tiled map editor. You will decide which one I should proceed with.
The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the commissioned mods.
I may send you additional documentation (e.g. screenshots) as a proof of my progress on your commissioned mods.
I may use non-Content Patcher framework mods (i.e. Farm Type Manager) to add features to your commissioned mods.
To prevent ToU conflict, you may not request usage of other authors' custom tilesheets.
Once the work is finished, you will receive final screenshots and previews of your commissioned mods.
Upon your approval, I will send you a .zip archive or Google Drive link of assets (e.g. map files, JSON files) made for your commissioned mods.
Unless related to hardcoded game logic, I will fix any bugs you find free of charge, and your mods will have bugfix priority over non-commissioned mods.

Payment is accepted primarily via PayPal. If PayPal is not available to you, I can accept payment via Boosty and Hipolink.
Payment via Boosty will incur an additional fee of 10% your commission price to account for service fees.
If you are Indonesian, local payment methods will be provided once I have given you a commission slot.
No refunds. Please ensure you're positive you want to commission me before proceeding.
Payment must be sent after WIP approval or upfront (depends on the type of commission).
Any requested additions after the initial agreement will increase the price of your commission.
Do NOT send me payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and I have requested you to.
